I am a Project Director for the Office of TRIO Programs, where I lead and support professional educators and student workers delivering federally funded college access and STEM-focused programming. I am particularly interested in how organizational structures, instructional design, and mentoring experiences influence students’ confidence and persistence in STEM pathways.
As a Certified Scrum Master, I integrate Agile project management practices into educational leadership to support effective teamwork and adaptive programming. Beyond my professional and research work, I serve as a volunteer Reviewer for the Foster Care Review Board, where I contribute to efforts that promote accountability and advocacy within the child welfare system.
